The Borit 4 3/4 inch Backreamer bit can be used after initial drilling with the 2 or 3 inch bit and used for clearing a run for easier pipe insertion. It is manufactured in the United States and designed to back ream through most soils with ease.

When Using the 4 3/4 inch Backreamer you must first drill through with the 2 or 3 inch bit. After you have drilled through remove the bit used and attach the 4 3/4 inch Backreamer and pull it back through. Please review the Borit Pre-Use Instructions for more information.
Lost the bits under a driveway and ordered replacement bits. Excellent tools and have used them often.

This did the job, made the hole bigger going under concrete and pulling back , i would recommend this.
Well made tools to accomplish the job. Two 25 ft. 3"bores under asphalt driveway through clay and rock. Note: Read and follow all instructions, packings need tightening occasionally. Drill chuck statement is absolutely true. Recommended drill no longer available. Milwaukee 0299-20 1/2" drill works great with a true 1/2" chuck and 3 prong grounded plug. Very satisfied with purchase and quality. Purchased the 561K standard kit plus the 4 3/4" backreamer bit. Thanks Borit!.

Needed to bore some holes for 4” pvc under some sidewalks worked every time
Works great.
The 4” bit works great. Hardest part about using it is changing bits in the hole from the 2” to the 4”. Make sure you have 2 good size pipe wrenches on hand.
