We allow returns for products that qualify as a warranty item per the warranty terms.
We will also accept a return if you are exchanging a product or returning a product that has not been used. Please be aware that a restocking fee may be required or there may be a price difference in the exchanged product.
To obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) please call our office. It is recommended to call for an RMA as this will allow us to track your return & reshipment of product back to you.
